Many people may not know of clan [ADSL], but the TFL 9v9 match this Thursday will mark our 300th KSE recorded TFC match. Although we really have over 400 matches under our belt (rest were not KSE recorded), we feel that this is a milestone for any clan.
I had inteded a long run for [ADSL]when we started nearly 7 years ago, and it has been one heck of a ride. HUNDREDS of players have had the privaledge to wear the [ADSL] uniform in league-sacntioned matches, and we have had a consistent core group throughout our entire history. We even had a European TFC division going for a while.
Although we are not a high-ranked clan, but we have a lot of fun and stick together during good and bad times. Our TFC matches are a great escape for many of us for a very long time, and hopefully a great one for many more years to come and into TFC2 and beyond. Some people look at clans and rank them by ladder rank, whereas I am a firm believer that the hardest test for any clan is the test of time. We have enjoyed sharing life experiences over the years and watch each other mature in real life as well as a clan. I had to watch one of my real life friends and team-member get buried in real life a couple years ago. I have now see some of our original recruits that were HighSchool Freshmen that are now Juniors at Universities. Whenever we travel to another city where a member is, we do lunch or hang out for a little bit. I think that we all enjoy the fact that we get a lot more out of this team than most do, and will continue to hang out online and vent our real-life frustration out in matches."
